13. Analytics & Reports

The Analytics screen turns your inspection and harvest data into charts and trend reports. The more consistently you record inspections, the more useful these become over time.

13.1 Available Reports

ReportWhat it shows
Apiary OverviewSummary statistics across all apiaries — total hives, inspections, average health scores, and mite levels.
Hive HistoryInspection frequency, health rating distribution over time, and mite wash trend for a selected hive.
Queen HistoryQueen introduction dates, laying status changes, and score card snapshots for a selected hive.
Honey ProductionHarvest totals by month and by hive. Useful for comparing productivity across your operation by season.
TreatmentsTreatment history across all hives by product and date. Helps you track Varroa management patterns.

13.2 Inactive Hives in Analytics

Historical data from inactive hives — inspections, harvests, and queen records — is always included in all analytics. Inactive colonies contribute to seasonal trends and production totals. This is the main reason to mark a hive inactive rather than deleting it.

13.3 Selecting a Report

  1. From the navigation bar, tap Analytics.
  2. Use the dropdown at the top to select the report type.
  3. Use the apiary and hive filters to narrow to a specific colony if needed.
