13. Analytics & Reports

The Analytics screen turns your inspection and harvest data into charts and trend reports. The more consistently you record inspections, the more useful these become over time.

13.1 Available Reports

ReportWhat it shows
Apiary OverviewHive counts, production, and average health per apiary, plus totals across your whole operation.
Hive HistoryInspection frequency, a health score trend chart, health score distribution, and your most common issues across the selected date range.
Queen HistoryQueen counts by status and a performance table (age, status, laying status, production, last inspection).
Honey ProductionHarvest totals by day and by hive. Useful for comparing productivity across your operation.
TreatmentsTreatment history across all hives by product and date. Helps you track Varroa management patterns.

13.2 Inactive Hives in Analytics

Historical data from inactive hives — inspections, harvests, and queen records — is always included in all analytics. Inactive colonies contribute to seasonal trends and production totals. This is the main reason to mark a hive inactive rather than deleting it.

13.3 Selecting a Report

  1. From the navigation bar, tap Analytics.
  2. Use the dropdown at the top to select the report type.
  3. Use the date range picker to narrow the results.
