2.1 Platforms

2.2 Creating an Account
- Download the app from the App Store, Google Play, or visit my.beeinspector.com.
- Tap Create Account and enter your email address and a password.
- Verify your email address — check your inbox for the confirmation link.
- Log in and you are ready to start adding your apiaries and hives.
Note: If you already have an account and want to use it on a new device, simply download the app and log in with the same email and password. All your data will load automatically.
2.3 Forgot Your Password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. The app sends a password reset link to your inbox. Tap the link, set a new password, then log in.
Note: If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
2.4 Free Plan Limits
The free plan gives you 1 apiary and up to 3 hives at no cost. If you manage more hives, see Section 17 for subscription options.
